I remember those two matches in 1996 clearly as they were played yesterday... The 1st leg we lost in Olympic Stadion. If my memory is right, Jari Litmanen started as No.6 in the first game. After that 0-1, I thought that:" ooooh, we are dead." However, the 2nd leg in Athens is legendary. It's one of my best memories in my whole life!
The CL final 1971 I have watched the video ago. I'm shocked by the Totaal Voetbal of Ajax. Numerous chances and we waste the chances time and time again! Why? Our first target is to perform, not to win the game. To perform in the cl final? Yes! The 2nd goal by Arie Haan( former Chinese national football team's trainer) is fantastic! After about 15( I can't remember it exactly) passes, Arie Haan scored and killed the match!
