Alright guys, anyone know how much was offered Van Der Wiel?
A reply in English is prefered but Dutch is still ok.
Anyways if the fee was around £15 million or even higher then i think Ajax should definatly sell. As others have said his heart isnt in it anymore and letting him go and finding a replacement is possibly the best action to take.
Any ideas for a replacement? I was thinking Ricardo van Rhijn or is he too young?

If your looking for suggestions then i have a few from over here in England that Ajax could easily secure for a decent price.
Kevin-Prince Boateng - Portsmouth (around £5 million)
Aaron Mokoena - Portsmouth
Robbie Keane - Tottenham
Anthony Pilkington - Huddersfield
Nadjim Abdou - Millwall
All these guys could do a job for Ajax, especially in the Eredivisie. One other player who could be an option is Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink who is available on a free transfer!
Thoughts?

Nothing yet. Rumours about a transferfee of 15 million euros.
I think Daley Blind and a new back. But who? I don't know. Luckily not Stam who went to England!

Maybe Ajax could sign someone from the south american leagues as their scouts must have some ideas.
I was suprised that Stam went to Wigan as he was outplayed by Tiendelli and its reported they paid around £4 million for him. Seems strange...

Well, that's the problem with AJAX...the scouts don't have a clue or AJAX just don't use them (right).
Well, Stam is from the national champions Twente and he is close tot the dutch national team, but i think he is a mediocre player anyway.

Nah Tiendalli played on the left while Stam was a right back, well if you ask me Ronnie Stam is Gianni Zuiverloon revisited. Allthough I consider him even weaker. Wigan will religate sooner or later.
Until now, it's rather quiet on romours for Van der Wiel. Only the really big clubs can afford him, and they are buying other players. Man City bought Kolarov, Inter is eying Bastos (Lyon). Real Madrid might give it a shot but we all know they like to do business in the last weeks of the transfermarket.

Yeah i know all about the eredivisie and have been following it since primary school, no need to explain the teams and the like! 
As for the scouts well atleast you have lots of them. My club Millwall has about 4 or 5 scouts all based in the UK. We are like the Telstar of Dutch football haha!
Anyway what are your thoughts on the possibility of signing Jan Vennegoor?

I don't think that Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink is good enough to play in the basic of Ajax. And you forget or don't know that Jan played for Psv before. I don't think Ajax is going to sign him. They need a Stand in for El Hamdaoui but Jan has to big salary requirements. For a stand in they are sure to high.

I know that he used to play for PSV, but Ajax are in desperate need of a powerful forward like Marko, Jan could fit the role, but it seems obvious that he isnt ready to return to the Eredivisie yet and if he was to it would be to either PSV or Feyenoord who are interested in him.
Anyways what are the supporters view on two good players from the jupiler league.
Michael de Leeuw and Johan Voskamp (BV Veendam and Helmond Sport). They both were very prolific last season and could be available for low amounts of money. Glynor Plet was another good scorer and he already has 2 goals for Heracles this season.
Your thoughts on the two players?

Yes from the Uk mate and proud supporter of Millwall. I suppose you mean the hooliganism. Do many Czech people know about us?
Yes we hate all other clubs in London but most of all are West Ham and Crystal Palace.
Also about Jan Vennegoor, Ajax obviously has also forgot about your rivalry with PSV as they signed Ooijer.... and there was me thinking they would sign a former PSV player as backup, Silly Me!!!
I believe Tottenham want around £8 million for Keane, but Ajax would take him on a season long loan e.g. Miralem....
Any good players Ajax could sign in the republic?

Yeah we won the playoffs and were in the championship now.
Dont think so mate, cant remember us signing any czech players. We signed two russians decades ago and they were rubbish. Eastern europeans arnt very welcome at the 'wall.
Nope Stamford bridge has always been Chelsea, our first grounds were all dotted around on the Isle of Dogs, then we moved to the Den.
Ahh yes, most of that film is made up rather than actual fact.
Who is this Milan Petržela? Would he be more suited to millwall rather than Ajax haha!
Yes Necid is a very good talent but probably soo expensive.

Small technical player, but probably not for the "Premier Legue"
It wants one Turkish club.
Martin Latka is good for Millwall.Tall and strong defender, but he play in Greece

On another subject Ajax seem to be a bit thin in the center of midfield this season.
What are the ajax fans thoughts on the possibilty of signing FC Twente midfielder Cheick Tioté?
He is a strong physical midfielder who is very good at defending just infront of the defense, think Claude Makelele.

Midfield is not that underpopulated, although i have to admit Tiote is a great player, but an expensive one aswell, since Dutch clubs ask the dubble price for top 3 teams to compete with us...
Midfield : Enoh, De Zeeuw, Eriksen, Lindgren, De Jong, Lodeiro are our midfielders at the moment... Thats sufficiënt.

I dont think you can really compare Enoh to Tiote...
What has happened with the two young south africans from Ajax CT, and the 17 year old japanese kid, have they been signed or let go?
Finally what is going on with Sotiris Ninis, ive heard he is signing for Ajax...

Doutie could be a new player, but the other S-A player will not be signed.
The japanese kid has broken his fibula. No news of AJAX signing him.

Ninis is a young greek footballer who has attracted interest from Madrid, MAnchester and Chelsea. He is one of the bright spots of greek football and he would be a great aquisition for Ajax. Ive heard he could be moving after Aissati moves to Vitesse.

Ninis is too expensive, I do not expect him to come to Ajax. And although he is a nice player he did not fulfill him promises yet.

I think if Ajax were to sign Ninis it would be a loan with a view to permanent. Plus Ajax will recieve around £25 - £30 million for participating in the Champions league, they could afford to sign him.

It says that there were negotiations between Ajax and Chelsea. The negotiations were about Gregory van der Wiel. But, according to the Daily Mail, Chelsea didn't want to pay 24.5 million Euro. Chelsea also wanted to buy Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid), but Chelsea had to pay 150 million Euro, and that was way too much for Chelsea.
